well i jus ran into this situation where i needed an internet explorer download....
after loads of searching on the net i finally found one site where i can get it with no strings attatched...
bradley.edu gives free versions of IE 5.5 and 6.0 for all win9x
if u are at anytime in a dilema like mine , i suggest you keep a note of this site
